Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) is issuing a Further Public Offering (FPO) for 2,89,440 shares.
The 8th AGM of the company held on 7th Poush, 2078 endorsed the decision to issue a Further Public Offering (FPO) to the general public.
The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 34,27,44,192, maintained after the joint operation with Gharelu Laghubitta and adjustment of 20% bonus shares thereafter.
RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the FPO. The agreement was signed between CEO of the microfinance Dr. Madan Ghimire and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel amid a program on Falgun 22, 2078.
Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is registered in 2070 under the company law and established its headquarters in Banepa in Kavrepalanchowk district.
